Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This hybrid role combines local delivery responsibilities with warehouse operations support. When deliveries are not scheduled, you will assist with receiving shipments, stocking inventory, order picking, packing, and general warehouse tasks.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and is comfortable both on the road and in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Typical start time: 8:00 AM
- Occasional early starts at 6:30 AM
- Occasional Saturday work as needed
Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Operations
- Safely operate a company-provided van to deliver customer orders and pick up products from vendors.
- Verify delivery accuracy and obtain signatures when required.
- Load and unload merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Maintain professional customer interactions and provide excellent service.
- Handle cash, checks, and other payment methods according to company procedures.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
- Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Operate pallet jacks, RF scanners, forklifts, and warehouse equipment (training provided if needed).
- Stock shelves and organize inventory for efficient picking and replenishment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Support other warehouse and operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid Florida Driver's License with at least 6 months remaining before expiration.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior delivery, courier, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
- Forklift, pallet jack, RF scanner, or warehouse equipment experience is a plus.
- Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
