SCHEDULE
- Overnight shift: 11PM to 7AM
- Full-time and part-time options available
- Weekend rotation required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor residents and ensure safety throughout the night
- Assist with overnight care needs and early morning routines
- Complete light housekeeping and documentation
- Prepare for smooth shift transition to morning staff
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
REQUIREMENTS
- Active CNA certification in Massachusetts
- Ability to work independently and stay alert overnight
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Experience in assisted living or overnight care preferred
