We are a healthcare staffing agency seeking a Front Desk Assistant to support our daily operations which include onboarding and staffing of health service professionals, and general office and computer operations.
This is an entry-level, growth-track position with exposure to healthcare staffing, recruiting support, scheduling operations, and administrative coordination. We are open to recent graduates and early-career candidates.

What You’ll Do:
Front Desk & Office Operations:
- Greet visitors and manage front desk sign-in procedures
- Answer and direct incoming calls for the Nursing division during morning hours
- Coordinate deliveries and general office support tasks
- Provide light support for computer hardware/software issues (training provided)
- Assist with basic office supply and facilities coordination
Scheduling & Coordination Support Projects:
- Conduct outreach to clinicians and therapists to update availability
- Assist with schedule coordination between providers and school sites
- Follow up regarding missed sessions, schedule changes, and coverage gaps
- Support daily coordination and administrative workflows
Onboarding & Candidate Support Projects:
- Collect, track, and organize onboarding and credentialing documents
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate candidate records
- Communicate with candidates regarding trainings, interviews, and onboarding steps
- Help guide candidates through onboarding requirements and documentation processes
What We’re Looking For:
Some prior work experience required, strong professional fundamentals are essential.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
- Reliable, responsive, and able to follow through on responsibilities
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Preferred but Not Required:
- Internship, customer service, or administrative experience
- Exposure & interest in healthcare, education, or office operations environments
