Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Erosion Control Foreman to lead and oversee erosion control work on construction projects. In this role, you will manage a team of skilled workers to implement erosion/sediment control measures, respond to regulatory compliance requirements, and provide quality work product to clients. Your expertise in construction and erosion control will be vital in delivering high-quality results on time and within safety standards.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate erosion control projects, including installation of erosion/sediment control measures and perform maintenance per local and state regulations.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, skidsteers, and other construction machinery safely and efficiently during project execution.
- Collaborate with clients to provide excellent customer service by explaining project scope, maintenance tips, and addressing concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols throughout all phases of construction projects.
Experience
- Proven experience in erosion control management or related construction fields.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with excavation work using skidsteers and other machinery in a construction setting.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to haul a trailer.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
