Production Operator
Do you have sewing machine experience or good hand-eye dexterity from sewing flies for fly fishing? Have you worked in fast-paced environments such as production or the restaurant industry? Then this full-time Production Operator position might be right for you! You’ll learn valuable skills and help make high-quality gear that protects people’s lives.
Responsibilities of the Production Operator
- Perform sewing and non-sewing operations
- Utilize a variety of industrial single needle, double needle, and programmable machines
- Check work for quality
- Follow all safety procedures
- Cross-train on additional operations
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications of the Production Operator
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Sewing, Manufacturing, Machine Operation, Assembly, Quality Control, and/or Inspection desirable
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Visual acuity and attention to detail
- Ability to use and understand a ruler and measurements
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., perform repetitive tasks, and stand/walk throughout shift
The Production Operator works Monday through Thursday from 6:00am-3:30pm and Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm, with possible overtime on Saturdays. We look forward to connecting with you!
