Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sells vehicles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities and features. Develops qualifying customers and closes the sale.

Establish long lasting relationships with current and future commercial vehicle buyers

Makes outside sales calls

Understands commercial vehicles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features

Documents calls in CRM program

Consults with purchasing agent to find the right vehicle for prospective customer

Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models

Participates in professional sales and product training

Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Limited sales experience preferred but willing to apply professional sales and product training.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

High school diploma or GED required

Associate degree preferred
