Provide system analysis on financial section of ERP software system (Global Shop Solutions) and led the financial implementation of ERP software. Analyze and documented existing business processes to tailor Global Shop Solutions software. Develop customized standard operating procedures for each client. Develop personalized training manual for client Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams. Collaborate regularly with client’s management team to provide training on cost flows within the system (Global Shop Solutions). Work directly with client CPAs to design and configure reports for federal and state tax compliance and audit-readiness. Implement payroll and timekeeping integrations with other software.
Bachelor’s Degree with major in Management Information Systems or Computer Science required. Candidate must have completed courses in the following areas:

- Business Database Management
- Systems Analysis & Design
- Principles of Accounting Systems Design
- Principles of Financial Accounting
