Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Manager to oversee the operations of multiple Denny's restaurant units within the Fresno, CA region. The District Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the overall success, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences across all assigned restaurants. As a leader, you will be responsible for implementing corporate strategies, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of teamwork and growth within the district.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple Denny's restaurant units, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.

Implement and maintain consistent operational processes, including food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and safety.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, profitability, labor costs, and guest satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures.
2. Team Management:

Recruit, train, develop, and lead restaurant managers and teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve performance targets.

Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and mentorship to managers and staff, promoting a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth.

3. Financial Management:

5. Business Development:

Collaborate with the corporate office and other stakeholders to implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and strategies that enhance the visibility and profitability of the district.

6. Compliance and Standards:

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Denny's corporate policies and standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).

5+ years of progressive leadership experience in restaurant management, including multi-unit oversight.

Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and guest service.
