Cambridge Dental Group is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our team in delivering exceptional patient experiences. We're a private practice where owners believe that enjoying your work is just as important as enjoying the people you work with.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Patient Care & Operations
- Manage patient check-in/check-out processes and collect payments
- Efficiently schedule, confirm, and prepare appointments
- Provide exceptional patient assistance via phone, messaging, and in-person interactions
- Maintain accurate patient records with attention to detail
Insurance & Billing Expertise
- Verify insurance benefits and educate patients on coverage details
- Process insurance claims, pre-estimates, and billing procedures
- Navigate complex insurance scenarios with confidence
- Handle copayments and financial discussions professionally

REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years administrative experience in dental offices or similar healthcare environments
- Dental industry experience is a very strong preference
- Proficiency with computers, dental software, and technology platforms
- Ability to understand insurance claims, pre-estimates, and billing procedures
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required for exceptional candidates
