We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Baker/Front Counter Clerk to join our vibrant bakery team! Duties
- Prepare a variety of baked goods including pastries, and cakes, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Package baked items carefully for display or take-out orders, maintaining presentation standards.
- Assist customers with product selection, answer questions about ingredients, and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle food production tasks such as mixing doughs, preparing fillings, and portioning baked goods efficiently.
- Attention to detail
- Support catering events or special orders by preparing large quantities of baked items as needed.
- Excited to grow in their bakery skills. Brings creative ideas to the work place.
- Excited to move up the ladder. Opportunities to move up in management and also possibly franchise ownership one day.
- Loves people. Great customer service and loves kids. We do alot of kids parties.
- Loves baking and decorating and making beautiful creations for people.

Skills
- Strong food handling skills with knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
- Experience in food preparation, baking, within a commercial kitchen or home bakery setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in kitchen operations such as using knives safely, operating baking equipment, and managing food production workflows.
- Knowledge of packaging methods to preserve freshness and presentation of baked goods.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
