North Georgia Roofing & Property Renovations is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to lead and execute all aspects of our marketing strategy.
This is an in-house position responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and growth across digital platforms while also supporting field marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate understands Google marketing ecosystems, social media advertising, SEO strategy, and local service marketing. This person must also be comfortable capturing real-world jobsite content and building relationships with referral partners in the community.
This role combines digital marketing, content creation, branding, and business development.

Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Advertising
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads, and Pay-Per-Click campaigns
- Improve and maintain Google search rankings through SEO strategy
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (Google Maps) with regular posts and updates
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create and publish daily content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Capture authentic jobsite content including photos, videos, and drone footage
- Produce engaging marketing content that highlights completed projects and services
Website & Online Presence
- Maintain and update the company website
- Ensure website SEO optimization and lead capture functionality
- Track performance metrics and improve conversion rates
Graphic Design & Field Marketing
- Design marketing materials such as:
- Door hangers
- Yard signs
- Flyers
- Mailers
- Business cards
- Sales materials
- Assist with company apparel and branded marketing items
Business Development & Networking
- Perform outreach to referral partners, including:
- Insurance agents
- Plumbers
- Septic companies
- Property managers
- HOA managers
- Schedule meetings with company management to develop referral relationships
Brand Development
- Build and maintain strong brand presence across all platforms
- Ensure consistent messaging and professional brand image
- Help position the company as a leading roofing and restoration contractor in North Georgia
Qualifications
- Experience with Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing
- Understanding of local service marketing strategies
- Experience managing social media platforms and ad campaigns
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
- Ability to capture photo/video content on job sites
- Comfortable with in-person networking and outreach
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple marketing channels simultaneously
Preferred:
- Experience in construction, roofing, restoration, or home services marketing
- Drone photography experience (or willingness to learn)
Work Environment
This is a hands-on marketing position, not just a desk job.
You will work both:
- In the office managing digital campaigns
- In the field capturing content and meeting referral partners
