Just In Time Staffing is looking for a hardworking, motivated and results oriented individual to add to our team as a Recruiter. The primary purpose of a Recruiter is to guide candidate placement for assigned clients. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong attention to detail, sound decision making skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Duties
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to fulfill client staffing requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their talent needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Engage in talent sourcing via social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, research, and campus recruitment initiatives to attract diverse candidate pools.
- Negotiate employment offers, facilitate employee orientation, and support employee evaluation processes.
- Collaborate with internal HR teams on training & development programs, succession planning, and employee relations initiatives.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and clients to foster long-term relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting roles with expertise in full cycle recruiting, external recruiting, and high-volume recruitment environments.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and clients effectively.
- Familiarity with talent management
- Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing through social media marketing (recruitment), research, cold calling, and campus outreach.
- Employee data management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong relationship management skills with a proactive approach to client engagement and candidate development.
