Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation using electronic health record systems like WellSky
- Support patients with disabilities by providing assistance tailored to their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and progress.
Qualifications
- Completion of a Nursing Assistant training program or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
- Experience in medical documentation practices.
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems is preferred.
- Ability to perform vital signs monitoring accurately.
- Understanding of infection control practices.
- Previous experience in Dementia care is a plus.
- Compassionate attitude towards working with individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
