We are hiring a Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to oversee all phases of our commercial projects and help us grow.
What You’ll Do
As our Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our commercial plumbing projects. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of commercial plumbing projects from start to finish.
- Field Supervision: Supervise field personnel and schedule manpower for individual projects.
- Procurement: Handle buy-outs, material purchasing, and equipment deliveries.
- Communication: Generate and track RFIs, interact with General Contractors, and work with estimators during turnovers.
- Paperwork: Process all project paperwork including billing, change orders, subcontracts, and closeout documents.
What You Need (The Ideal Candidate)
- Minimum of 3 years working on and managing commercial plumbing projects.
- Proven leadership and field supervision skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Solid understanding of budget/cost management and the bidding process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe/Bluebeam.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
