Duties:

Provide small group reading instruction.

Progress monitor students.

Use student data to select appropriate reading interventions.

Monitor student proficiency to assess the effectiveness of interventions and make timely appropriate adjustments.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Maintain accurate and updated records of student performance.

We are a Prek-4 building serving 270 students. Our average class size is 18. Small group instruction for reading interventions range from 2-6 students in 30 minute time increments. Our school is well-organized on the 5Essentials framework and for the past 2 years we have placed among the top 40% of elementary schools in the state of Illinois.
