Our leadership team started as delivery drivers, so we understand the daily challenges of this job, including Buffalo weather, demanding routes, and the importance of dependable equipment and management support. All company vehicles are provided for your daily routes.
This position is a great fit for dependable, safety-focused people who enjoy working independently, staying active, and completing local delivery and pickup routes. We are actively looking for candidates with prior driving experience. No CDL is required, and paid training is provided. Both full-time and part-time positions are currently available.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle
- Arrive at the local delivery terminal on time each morning
- Inspect the assigned vehicle before and after the route
- Organize, load, and deliver packages to homes and businesses
- Complete scheduled customer pickups
- Use provided navigation and mobile delivery equipment
- Keep accurate delivery records and communicate professionally with dispatch
- Keep the vehicle clean and report maintenance concerns
- Follow all company, DOT, and safety requirements
- Work independently and make safe decisions in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Must pass a pre-employment DOT drug screening
- Must pass a DOT physical and qualify for a DOT Medical Card
- Must be comfortable operating a vehicle equipped with dual-facing cameras and telematics
- Must be able to repeatedly enter and exit the delivery vehicle
- Must be able to regularly lift and maneuver packages weighing 50 to 100 lbs
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in rain, snow, heat, cold, and changing Buffalo weather
- Must have strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous commercial driving or package-delivery experience is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Buffalo-area roads and traffic patterns is helpful
