We are looking for an outgoing, compassionate, bilingual (Spanish/English) Intake Specialist who genuinely enjoys talking with people and knows how to make them feel heard, understood, and supported. You will be the friendly voice that gives potential clients confidence that they have found the right law firm.

What You'll Do
As our Bilingual Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for every potential client. Your ability to connect with people, listen carefully, and guide conversations will directly impact the growth of our firm and the lives of our clients.
Your responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming phone calls with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
- Follow our intake script outline to make sure all callers receive a uniform experience
- Speak fluently with clients in both Spanish and English.
- Calm anxious callers and help them feel comfortable sharing their situation.
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand each person's legal issue.
- Determine whether the firm is a good fit for the potential client.
- Politely decline matters that fall outside our practice while leaving callers with a positive impression.
- Build trust with qualified clients so they are excited to speak with one of our attorneys.
- Schedule consultations and coordinate attorney calendars.
- Accurately document conversations and case details.
- Follow up with prospective clients who have not yet hired the firm.
- Occasionally translate conversations between attorneys and Spanish-speaking clients.
- Work closely with attorneys and staff to ensure every potential client receives an outstanding experience.

Qualifications
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
- Outstanding verbal communication skills
- Friendly, upbeat, and empathetic personality
- Excellent active listening skills
- Comfortable speaking with people experiencing stressful situations
- Customer service, hospitality, admissions, intake, or sales experience preferred
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Mac computers and Google Workspace
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some sales experience preferred
