About the Role
We are seeking a POS System Specialist who is fluent in both Chinese and English to support our growing POS business. This role combines technical support, software and hardware testing, quality assurance, and cross-functional coordination. You will serve as a bridge between technical teams, sales teams, and merchants to ensure successful implementation and support of our POS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and execute comprehensive system test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform software, hardware, and integration testing for POS systems and related products.
- Conduct data validation and analyze test results to ensure system functionality, accuracy, and quality.
- Record, report, track, and retest bugs and defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with software developers, product teams, and engineers to investigate and resolve issues.
- Support continuous improvement of testing methodologies, processes, and documentation.
- Act as a liaison between technical, product, and sales teams to facilitate clear communication and project execution.
- Provide Level 1 technical support to merchants during onboarding, implementation, and daily operations.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, networking, and payment-processing issues and escalate when necessary.
- Assist with merchant training, product demonstrations, and system setup.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written).
- At least 1 year experience in software testing, quality assurance, technical support, or POS systems.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools and test documentation practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
