General Dentist with Surgical Focus

Smile Culture Dental is seeking a confident, motivated, and personable General Dentist who is highly proficient in extractions and has a strong desire to focus primarily on surgical dentistry at our modern Trooper, Pennsylvania location.
This is an ideal opportunity for a dentist who enjoys surgery, wants access to a consistent flow of extraction and implant-related cases, and is looking to continue expanding their clinical skills in a collaborative, well-supported environment.
The successful candidate will primarily treat patients requiring surgical and advanced general-dentistry procedures while maintaining the ability to provide comprehensive care when appropriate.
Clinical responsibilities may include:
- Simple and surgical extractions
- Third-molar extractions based on training and experience
- Alveoloplasty
- Socket preservation and bone grafting
- Implant placement based on experience and credentials
- Implant restoration
- Denture-related surgery and pre-prosthetic procedures
- Emergency dental treatment
- Comprehensive treatment planning
- General restorative dentistry as needed
The position can be customized around the provider’s experience and clinical strengths. We are especially interested in candidates who want to build a schedule with a substantial focus on extractions, surgery, implants, and related procedures.

Clinical Support and Development
The provider will have access to a robust support system, including direct collaboration with Smile Culture’s owner and clinical director, Dr. Harshil Boghara, as well as experienced doctors and specialists throughout the organization.

This is not a traditional general-dentistry position centered primarily on fillings and hygiene checks. The goal is to create a schedule that allows the provider to spend a significant portion of their clinical time performing extractions and surgical procedures.
Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation structure designed to reward clinical skill, efficiency, and production.
Expected annual earning potential: $250,000–$400,000+, depending on schedule, experience, procedure mix, and production.
Compensation may include:
- A competitive daily or base guarantee during the introductory period
- Percentage-based compensation on collections
- Significant financial upside for a productive surgical provider
- A compensation structure tailored to experience and schedule

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active or eligible Pennsylvania dental license
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in simple and surgical extractions
- Experience with third-molar extractions preferred
- Implant placement experience is a plus
- Bone-grafting experience is a plus
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
- Desire to continue developing surgical and implant skills
