Position Overview
We are hiring CNAs for PRN (as-needed) opportunities with 12-hour shifts (day and night), including weekend availability.
This role is ideal for caregivers seeking flexibility, consistent opportunities, and the ability to pick up steady hours as client needs grow.
Start timeframe: Must be available to begin within 1–7 days
Compensation
- Starting at $16.50/hour
- Opportunities for pay increases based on reliability, performance, and consistency
Available Shifts
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 8:00AM- 8PM
- Weekday shifts (Day)
- Weekend shifts available
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
- Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Offer companionship and safety monitoring
- Follow individualized care plans and communicate updates with the office
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliability at all times
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Active Georgia CNA Certification
- Ability to provide 2–3 verified professional references
- Recent Negative TB test results
- Reliable transportation (personally owned/controlled)
- Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Proven dependability and consistent attendance
