Seeking motivated individuals to join our expanding Operations Team.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in the IT sector
- A degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities Include:
- Performing technical support for clients
- Running billing cycles and tax reports
- Monitoring program execution
- Auditing customer data
- Assisting with system testing
- Processing daily call records
- Updating & Maintaining Knowledgebase
- Onboarding & Training
