We're looking for a skilled Property Manager to support the property and financial management of a diverse portfolio of client properties. It's a role with real variety, real ownership, and real impact on the owners and tenants we serve.
What you'll do:
As Property Manager, you'll be the steady hand behind the day-to-day financial and operational health of your properties. Your work will include:
- Managing accounts receivable and maintaining accurate tenant ledgers
- Handling collections with professionalism and persistence
- Processing accounts payable and keeping vendor accounts current
- Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships
- Overseeing lease management and administration
- Partnering with our Property Accountants across all aspects of property accounting
- Serving as a trusted point of contact for building owners and tenants, and keeping communication clear and timely
What you'll bring
- Hands-on accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR) experience
- Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in commercial real estate or property management is a plus, but what matters most is your reliability, your eye for detail, and your willingness to be a true team player.
