We take pride in our craftsmanship and are looking for a dedicated, hands-on Roofing, Gutter & Sheet Metal Installer to join our growing field team. Responsibilities:
- Roof and Gutter Installation & Repair: Install and repair a variety of roofing and gutter systems, including shingles, metal, slate, tile, TPO and EPDM flat roofing.
- Metal Fabrication & Installation: Fabricate and install custom chimney caps, finials, and metal roof systems using hand brakes, shears, and other specialized tools.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and sketches to ensure metal components meet exact project specifications.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate standing seam roof panel and gutter machines on-site, forklift for loading and transporting materials, driving company vehicles, using ladders to access roof, and other specialty roofing equipment.
- Shop & Inventory Support: Assist with inventory control and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience: 1+ year of construction experience with metal fabrication, roofing and gutters; or a combination of training and experience.
- Technical Skills: Ability to safely and effectively operate hand and power tools related to roofing and metal fabrication, climbing ladders, and heavy lifting.
- Workmanship: A commitment to high-quality craftsmanship and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Reliability: Ability to commute daily to Concord, NC, and travel to various job sites.
- Character: A positive, team-oriented attitude, honesty and integrity, and good communication skills.
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
