American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position at a critical access hospital where the role is approximately 75% med/surg, requiring prior critical access experience and a KS or compact RN license.

Critical access hospital setting with a combined Labor & Delivery and Med/Surg unit
-
Low-volume OB unit delivering approximately 1-2 babies per week; roughly 75% of the role involves med/surg nursing
-
1:1 patient ratio for OB patients and 1:3 for med/surg patients

CPSI and Perigen used for charting
-
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 17:45–06:00

Block scheduling is available

Active KS RN license or a compact RN license currently in hand

Required certifications: CPR/BLS and ACLS

Recommended certifications: TNCC, NRP, and PALS

Prior critical access hospital experience required

Experience with CPSI and/or Perigen charting preferred

Duplex shared housing is available, with a hotel also located nearby

Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid OB/med/surg environment given the low OB delivery volume
