About the Role
You’ll work on residential and commercial properties performing mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, mulch installation, seasonal cleanups, and general landscape labor. Crew Leads will oversee a small team, ensure quality standards, and help keep daily routes on schedule.

Responsibilities
- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general landscape tasks
- Assist with mulch installs, cleanups, and seasonal projects
- Follow daily route plans and instructions
- Maintain equipment and work safely
- Crew Leads: Manage a small crew, uphold quality standards, and communicate job progress
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in all weather
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical labor
- A working cell phone is required
- Lead applicants- Required a valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Crew applicants- Preferred a valid drivers licensed with clean record
- Landscaping experience helpful but not required — training available
- Ability to work early mornings and occasional Saturdays during peak season
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Early morning start times
- Occasional Saturdays during busy periods
