Part Time Behavior Technician
Starting Pay: $30.00/hour ($35/hour for Registered Behavior Technicians)
Location: Little Egg Harbor
Hours: 4:30-6:30 Monday through Thursday
At C3 Behavioral Services, we focus on therapy that is Compassionate, Collaborative, and delivered with Consent. Join a growing ABA practice dedicated to providing high-quality care for individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities. We are seeking reliable and motivated Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy. We provide consistent in-person BCBA supervision and RBT competency assessments/ coaching for candidates interested in professional development.
You will be working in-home with a young female client. The family has a large, friendly dog. The client does not exhibit severe challenging behavior. The majority of your session will consist of developing tolerance and skill acquisition goals relating to attention.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans
- Collect and record accurate session data
- Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA
- Maintain professionalism with clients and families
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification preferred (training available for qualified candidates)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication skills and a positive, compassionate attitude
