As an AT&T Representative, you'll represent one of the nation's leading telecommunications brands by helping customers choose the products and services that best fit their needs. Our comprehensive paid training program ensures every AT&T Representative has the knowledge and confidence to succeed in sales from day one.
AT&T Representative Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Promote AT&T wireless products, devices, and service plans.
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records.
- Stay informed about the latest products, promotions, and sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve shared sales success.
AT&T Representative Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Prior AT&T Representative experience is highly preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results.
