Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of commercial or residential properties. In this role, you will ensure that properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all regulations, while providing exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders. Your leadership will drive efficient management practices, coordinate maintenance activities, and foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members. Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operation of properties, including maintenance, repairs, leasing, and tenant relations
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Oversee facilities management tasks such as HVAC systems, electrical systems—including high voltage and low voltage wiring—and mechanical equipment
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to track work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and asset management
- Review schematics and technical manuals related to building systems for troubleshooting and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, including electrical safety protocols involving high voltage and low voltage systems
- Lead project management initiatives for property upgrades or renovations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, safety checks, and incident reports
- Supervise staff members by providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team
Skills
- Strong management skills with proven experience supervising maintenance or facilities teams
- Mechanical knowledge of industrial maintenance systems including HVAC, electrical (high voltage and low voltage), and mechanical components
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in building automation systems
- Experience with CMMS software for maintenance management purposes
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams related to electrical and mechanical systems
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Proficiency in English for effective communication across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of supervising teams in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial facilities operations is a plus
- Competence in using tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting
