Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, and priming, to ensure optimal coating adhesion.

Utilize professional-grade equipment such as Titan and Graco paint sprayers to apply uniform coatings.

Drive quality assurance by inspecting finished components and performing necessary touch-ups to maintain superior standards.

Optimize workflow efficiency by maintaining a clean, organized workspace and performing routine upkeep on spray systems and tools.

Partner with production teams to ensure project timelines are met with high-caliber results.
Qualifications-
Proven professional experience in industrial or commercial painting.
