The Parts and Purchasing Specialist is responsible for managing parts inventory, purchasing, and material coordination of Two Way Radio and DAS/BDA systems. The role ensures timely procurement of equipment and materials, supports field operations, and performs limited billing functions related to parts and materials.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and create inventory of two way radio, BDA units, and related system components
- Track stock levels, usage. and reorder points
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and ship outgoing shipments
- Resolve invoice conflicts and discrepancies
- Stage and allocate inventory for upcoming projects
- Issue parts and materials to technicians and project teams
- Perform inventory cycle counts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
