We're creating a contractor-focused frameless RTA cabinet system, and we want to build it the same way we've built our company - with practical solutions quality people and a long-term perspective.
Why this role exists:
This is not a traditional sales position, and it is not a engineering role.
Engineering designs and improves the cabinet system. This role apples that system in the real world.
You will become the technical face of the RTA cabinet line, helping contractors through their first projects, validating orders before production, identifying opportunities to simplify the process, and helping our team continually improve the customer experience.
What are the responsibilities:
* technical product demonstrations and customer consultations.
* Guiding contractors through successful first RTA orders.
* Helping customers select the appropriate cabinets, hardware and accessories.
* Reviewing and validating orders before production.
* Processing orders through our ERP and established Mozaik workflow.
* Working with Engineering to identify improvements to products and workflow.
* Creating documentations and Training our Customer Service and order Entry on standard processes.
* Serving as the internal and external technical product expert for the RTA line.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an experienced cabinet professional who enjoys working with people as much as working with cabinetry.
* Strong frameless Cabinet knowledge gained through installation, design, estimating, project management, manufacturing or technical support.
* Comfortable learning software and technical workflows.
* Excellent communicator and teacher
* Naturally curious and driven to improve systems.
* Collaborative, humble and aligned with a family business culture.
