JOB TITLE: Delivery Driver
EMPLOYER: Engineered Yacht Solutions
SUMMARY: The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of parts, materials, and supplies between company locations, vendors, and job sites. This role plays a key part in keeping our projects on track by ensuring parts are delivered accurately and efficiently. Drivers represent EYS out in the field and are expected to uphold a high level of professionalism and care with company vehicles and customer interactions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Load and unload parts and materials for delivery
- Deliver items to project locations, vendors, or clients as instructed
- Perform basic vehicle upkeep including fluid checks, tire pressure, and cleanliness
- Follow traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times
- Maintain accurate delivery logs as required by management
- Communicate with the office and project managers about delays, issues, or delivery updates
- Keep company vehicles clean and report maintenance needs
- Assist with parts runs, returns, pickups, and shipping/receiving duties as assigned
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with all internal and external contacts
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safety-first culture
- Other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of relevant driving, delivery, or logistics experience preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
- Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to become certified)
- Basic knowledge of vehicle care and maintenance
- Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and occasionally more
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain a professional demeanor

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent driving, lifting, bending, kneeling, and loading/unloading of vehicle
- Regular exposure to heat, cold, rain, sun, and varying outdoor conditions
- May be exposed to noise, dust, fumes, or moving mechanical parts
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally more with assistance
- Must be able to work on their feet for extended periods and navigate job sites safely

Pay: $17.00 - $2,100.00 per hour
