We are seeking compassionate, energetic Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our premier adult daycare client in Queens. In this role, you will be the clinical heart of a vibrant community, ensuring our seniors and adults with chronic conditions stay healthy, safe, and independent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Wellness Monitoring: Conduct daily health screenings, monitor vital signs, and manage medication administration.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and family members to manage participants' care plans.
- Health Education: Lead fun, accessible health and wellness discussions for participants (nutrition, chronic disease management, etc.).
- First Response: Provide first-aid and triage for any minor incidents or acute changes in status on-site.
What We’re Looking For:
- Credentials: Valid, unencumbered New York State RN License.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience (Geriatrics, Home Health, or Community Health preferred, but we welcome strong clinical backgrounds!).
- Skills: Excellent communication and an empathetic, patient-centered approach.
- Bonus: Bilingual skills (Spanish)
- Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification.
