Role: Project Manager with PMP
Location : Richmond, VA - Hybrid
We have an immediate requirement for a Senior Project Manager (PMP Certified) supporting a strategic Investment Planning and IT Procurement initiative with VDOT.
Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid – 2–3 Days Onsite)
Local to Virginia Strongly preferred
Required Qualifications
- Active PMP (PMI) or VITA PM Certification (Mandatory)
- 15+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Investment Planning
- IT Procurement & Contract Management
- Vendor Management
- Risk Assessments & Financial Planning
- Microsoft Project
- Agile & Waterfall Methodologies
Preferred Experience
- VDOT / VITA Projects
- Commonwealth Technology Portfolio (CTP)
- ECOS/COVRamp
- Cloud Infrastructure (Azure/GCP)
- Proposal Development & Business Writing
