Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team. This role is responsible for maintaining the property, completing repairs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances)
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds
- Prepare vacant units for new residents (turnovers)
- Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Must have valid drivers license.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
