We are Looking for a great General Manager to lead the crew at our neighborhood craft burger joint and bar. If you're all about great food, local brews, creative cocktails, and being part of a great team, we would love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Running the show day-to-day: smooth service, happy guests, and an energized team
- Leading by example — jumping in when needed, coaching staff, and creating a hard working but fun environment
- Keeping tabs on costs, schedules, inventory, and all the behind-the-scenes operations
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years in a GM or similar leadership role in a restaurant or bar setting
- Knows the ins and out of running all facets of the restaurants operations
- Confident, organized, and great with people
- Cool under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about hospitality and growing a great team
