St. Louis Country Club is looking for a Pool Bartender, hours available from 11am-Dusk and possible overtime. Continued Full-time employment in the Clubhouse is possible after the Summer Season ends.
Bartender Responsibilities:
- Interact with members, take orders, and prepare drinks
- Assess members needs and preferences while also making recommendations
- Keep the pool bar area clean and organized throughout service
- Prepare requested cocktails accurately
- Engage with Clubhouse manager on planning and presenting seasonal bar menu
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused to ensure an excellent member experience
- Comply with all beverage regulations
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
- Employment based on successful completion of a background check.
Experience level:
Pay Rate: $25/hour (NO TIPS)
