High Yield Solutions Corp. (HYSC) designs and manufactures industrial shredding and waste processing systems that help divert foam, mattresses, and textiles from landfills. Our mission is to deliver robust, high-performing equipment that supports sustainability and operational efficiency across commercial and industrial sectors.
We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Supply Chain & Operations Manager to lead supplier management, production coordination, logistics, and process improvement initiatives. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations and delivering high-quality systems to our customers. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to keep projects on track and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage supplier relationships, including pricing, lead times, and quality control
- Coordinate production schedules with engineering and manufacturing teams
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory management
- Identify and implement workflow improvements and automation opportunities
- Serve as a liaison between sales, engineering, and service departments
- Support post-sale logistics and service coordination
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Effective communication across teams and vendors
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and inventory/scheduling tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with industrial equipment (preferred)
- Supply chain and operations principles
- Production coordination and logistics
- Inventory management systems and documentation practices
- Basic understanding of manufacturing workflows
- Continuous improvement methodologies
- Execute supplier negotiations and maintain quality standards
- Coordinate cross-functional schedules and logistics
