Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand the company's client base and market share.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across various industries, focusing on enterprise-level clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through effective customer relationship management and consultative selling techniques.
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, analyze pipeline performance, and generate detailed reports for executive review.
- Manage and mentor sales teams or business development managers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development management, or enterprise selling within a corporate or SaaS environment.
- Strong background in B2B sales, technical sales experience, and managing large accounts with a focus on deal closing.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and sales analytics & reporting tools.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals through strategic planning and execution.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to build lasting customer relationships based on trust and value.
- Leadership experience managing sales strategy or development teams within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to drive business growth.
- Strong analysis skills for evaluating market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
