Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Apartment Regional Supervisor to lead and oversee multiple residential property communities spread across the country. Duties
- Oversee daily operations across multiple apartment communities, ensuring high standards of property maintenance, leasing, and resident services.
- Lead, motivate, and support property managers and leasing staff to meet occupancy goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 guidelines, and HUD program rules.
- Manage leasing activities using our property management software Entrata; conduct data entry, filing, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy through upselling amenities and lease renewals while maintaining positive tenant relationships.
- Handle conflict management issues promptly and professionally to resolve disputes effectively while maintaining a positive community atmosphere.
- Review contracts, negotiate vendor terms, and oversee legal administrative processes related to property leasing and vendor agreements.
- Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management activities to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing reports, managing budgets, and controlling expenses related to property operations.
- Foster a culture of excellent customer service by maintaining phone etiquette, addressing resident concerns proactively, and promoting community engagement initiatives.
Experience
- Proven experience in property management roles with a strong understanding of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple properties or regions within the HUD affordable housing sector or Section 8 programs.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Entrata; experience with data entry, Onedrive filing systems, preferred.
- Strong background in leasing negotiations, contract management, facilities management, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally while maintaining positive relationships with residents and team members.
- Ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; three years previous supervisory or leadership experience is required. Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
