Wine and Beverage Expertise:
- Exhibit a thorough knowledge of the wine list, including varietals, vintages, and pairings, to assist guests in making informed selections.

- Execute flawless wine service, including decanting, pouring, and presentation, with precision and elegance.
Upselling and Revenue Generation:
- Actively promote featured menu items, seasonal specials, and premium offerings to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server in a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality environment, with a strong emphasis on elevated dining and upscale service.
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine pairings, cocktail recipes, and culinary trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests confidently and eloquently.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to accommodate the restaurant's operating hours.
