Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Specialist to join our dynamic team in delivering high-quality in-home behavioral health services. As a BCBA Specialist, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and overseeing individualized behavior intervention plans for children with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Your expertise will help foster meaningful progress in clients’ communication, social skills, and daily functioning. Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments.
- Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on each client's needs
- Establish measurable treatment goals and monitor progress.
- Analyze client data and make clinically appropriate changes to treatment.
- Provide ongoing supervision and clinical direction to RBTs/behavior technicians.
- Observe therapy sessions and provide feedback and training to staff.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality.
- Provide parent/caregiver training related to the treatment plan.
- Complete treatment plans, progress reports, session notes, supervision notes, and other required clinical documentation.
- Ensure services are delivered according to the client's treatment plan and authorization.
- Coordinate care with other authorized professionals when appropriate.
Skills
- Extensive experience working with children with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, including functional assessment and behavior intervention strategies.
- Proficiency in data collection methods and analyzing behavioral data to inform treatment decisions.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and medical records management.
- Experience conducting behavioral health assessments such as diagnostic evaluations and functional assessments.
- Ability to provide clinical supervision while maintaining high standards of patient care and ethical practice.
- Excellent client communication skills for engaging families, caregivers, educators, and team members effectively.

Pay: $85.00 - $95.00 per hour
