How you will make a difference:
Our Care Companions are the ambassadors of Daughter for Hire. You will be the embodiment of our mission and values to provide the utmost care for our seniors. By providing a wide variety of services you will provide our client’s families respite and peace knowing someone is there for their loved one.
Below are key responsibilities which may vary:
- Companionship and engaging conversation
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry
- Meal preparation
- Assistance with errands
- Transportation to appointments and outings
- Standby Assistance
- Provide respite care
- Safety oversight and support with daily routines
- Medication reminders
- Other Non-Medical and Non-Personal care services

Minimum Requirements we look for:
- Weekday and weekend hours available
- Minimum commitment of 12 hours per week
- Valid Drivers License
- Your own insured vehicle
- Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to your clients home
- Complete a nationwide background check
- Your own reliable cell phone for access to our scheduling app, phone calls, and emails
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds if needed
- Medical background and/or certifications are a plus but not required
