HVAC NATIONAL SERVICE MANAGER $120K ~ $150K /YEAR
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Manager to lead our growing service department. This leadership role is responsible for developing National service partnership with 3 party contractors, train technicians, driving operational performance, and ensuring an outstanding experience for both customers and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of HVAC Technicians and Comfort Advisors. This includes recruiting, ongoing training and development, maintaining trained backups in key positions, recognizing and rewarding individual and team accomplishments, and actively working to remove barriers to the team’s success.
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering timely and high-quality work. This includes optimizing scheduling and workloads, addressing customer concerns, cultivating a climate of high performance and accountability, and monitoring performance to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
- Recruit and Manage partnerships with National Service contractors to ensure coverage of at least 70% of the entire country
- Monitor department performance and communicate findings with senior management. This includes tracking performance metrics, identifying new trends, developing and implementing plans to improve performance, and establishing measures to show progress towards goals.
- Develop and implement new procedures. This includes finding ways to improve efficiency and overall operations, minimize expenses, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends. This includes reading trade publications, attending industry events, and networking with other service managers.
- Contribute to the success of the company. This position will also work proactively to assist others in achieving the organization’s objectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC (Air Conditioning) industry experience
- Strong background in service and installation
- Proven experience supporting or managing technicians and installers
Solid understanding of:
- HVAC(A/C) system design and operation
- Refrigeration cycles and diagnostics
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Airflow and duct systems
- Local codes and field best practices
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, accountability-driven environment

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
