Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

About the Position
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Inspector to join our team. The Pest Control Inspector will be responsible for traveling to residential and commercial properties to inspect for signs of pests, rodents, and wildlife activity. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to identify pest-related issues and recommend effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties for:
- General pest activity
- Rodent infestations (rats, mice, etc.)
- Wildlife concerns (such as raccoons, squirrels, birds, and other nuisance animals)
- Entry points, damage, and conditions contributing to pest activity
- Identify pest-related issues and provide professional recommendations to customers
- Prepare inspection reports documenting findings and recommended services
- Communicate inspection results clearly and professionally with homeowners and business owners
- Take photos and detailed notes during inspections
- Assess properties for potential risks and preventative measures
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits and service recommendations
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pest control, inspections, wildlife management, construction, home inspections, or related fields preferred
- Knowledge of common pests, rodents, and wildlife behavior preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule
- Comfortable entering attics, crawl spaces, basements, and exterior areas of properties
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift, carry, and handle inspection equipment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Pest Control License (preferred but not required)
- Certified Applicator Certificate (Required)
- Experience identifying termite, rodent, or wildlife issues
- Sales or customer consultation experience
- Bilingual (Spanish)

Work Schedule
Monday – Friday (Weekends as needed)
