Compensation
Mount Sinai South Nassau provides a salary range in good faith determination of potential compensation to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.

Position Summary
Summary:
The Recruitment Assistant provides clerical support to the Human Resources, primarily supporting the Recruitment Function, and HR Operations. Supports the HR Business Partners, Director of Recruitment and Retention in Recruitment Functions. Supports the Director of HR in providing Front Desk Coverage and Scanning of Licenses, Certifications. Participates in department activities as required.

Education Required
- Must complete in-house orientation program
- High school Diploma or equivalent required, Associate's Preferred; Must have at least one-year human resources experience OR Bachelor's Degree with previous clerical/office experience in a healthcare or similar setting.
Experience And Skills
- Speaks, reads and writes English
- Must have at least one year experience providing clerical support; preferably in a Human Resources Department or Office/healthcare setting
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
