NOW HIRING: Route Collections & Customer Service Rep
Concord, NH | Arcade Equipment Distributor | $18/hr | Full-Time
We're a long-standing local distributor of coin-operated amusement equipment, seeking a self-motivated, personable individual to independently manage a service route across NH, VT, ME, and MA — collecting revenue, building client relationships, and keeping our customers happy. This is a day route: you'll start and end each day at our Concord office, working on your own with minimal supervision to complete your route.
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm (some Saturdays in summer/winter)
What You'll Do
- Independently run a day route out of our Concord office, traveling across NH, VT, ME, and MA
- Securely and accurately collect cash/revenue from machines
- Build strong relationships with clients through friendly, professional service
- Handle basic on-site troubleshooting and light repairs as needed
- Manage your own time and schedule to complete the route efficiently
Requirements
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record
- Comfortable with frequent, extended driving
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, minimal supervision needed
- Strong work ethic, dependable
- Good communication and customer service skills
Nice to Have (we'll train the right person!)
- Cash handling experience
- Field service or equipment-moving experience
- Mechanical aptitude or basic technical/electronics knowledge
