Job Summary
This is a part-time on-site role for a Game Coach at Bounce and Blast in Longwood, FL. The Game Coordinator will participate in the delivery and setup of rental items including inflatable bounce houses and slides, tents, chairs, tables, fans, and generators. The Game Coach will also run active games (Laser tag, arrow tag, nerf, water tag, and gel blasters) at parties and events. They will also participate in cleaning and restocking rental items after their use.
Duties
- Deliver and set up inflatables, tables, chairs, tents, and other rental equipment at customer homes and/or event venues
- Clean rental equipment after use and restock at the warehouse
- Runs games at customer homes and/or event venues (laser tag, nerf, arrow tag, water tag, gel blasters)
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes with professionalism
- Monitor gaming equipment and ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with other employees to maintain timely delivery and setup of rental equipment
Qualifications
- Knowledge of setup inflatable bounce houses, slides, and obstacle courses is a plus, but not required (training is available)
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings (schedule is not set and is availability-based, must be available for a minimum of 7 shifts/month- 5 of which must be on weekend days)
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in towing trailers is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in coordinating and organizing activities is a plus
- Familiarity with active games such as laser tag, arrow tag, nerf, water tag, and gel blasters is a plus but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
