Location: Nationwide travel (home base flexible)

The Role : Lead field operations on schedule-driven data center projects from mobilization through commissioning/turnover. You’ll own site safety, sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and MEP/controls readiness (start-up to IST) on fast-track builds.
Responsibilities
- Run daily field operations, logistics plans, and 3-week look-ahead schedules; protect critical path.
- Lead a zero-incident culture; conduct JHAs/toolbox talks and enforce site safety plans.
- Direct multiple trades and self-perform crews; verify manpower, installation quality, and productivity.
- Oversee MEP/controls coordination with vendors; support commissioning/IST and turnover.
- Manage RFIs, field directives, and change impacts with the project team.
- Chair OAC/trade meetings; track action items and progress in Procore/Bluebeam (or similar).
- Interface with AHJs, utilities, and inspectors to keep approvals on track.
- Support day-2 expansions, tie-ins, shutdowns, and critical lifts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Superintendent on large commercial/industrial projects; data center experience preferred.
- Strong MEP/controls literacy; commissioning/IST exposure on live or new critical facilities.
- Proficient with Procore/Bluebeam and MS Project or P6; fluent in pull-planning/Last Planner a plus.
- OSHA-30 required; First Aid/CPR preferred.
- Ability to travel 75–100%, including night/weekend shifts when required.
- Proven record of on-time, on-budget delivery and excellent owner/AE relationships.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
