Responsibilities
- Perform thorough truck washes using professional equipment and techniques to ensure a spotless finish
- Conduct detailed interior and exterior cleaning, including vacuuming, window cleaning, and surface polishing
- Apply buffing and polishing treatments to restore vehicle shine and protect paintwork
- Assist with additional detailing tasks such as stain removal, odor elimination, and minor touch-ups
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, explaining services, and ensuring satisfaction
- Support janitorial duties as needed to keep the facility clean, organized, and welcoming for staff and customers
Experience
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic
- Experience with car wash systems or detailing services is a plus but training will be provided
- Familiarity with buffing, cleaning techniques, or window tinting is advantageous
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is desirable for certain operational tasks
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions carefully
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
